As long as your order has not been processed by our warehouse team, you can modify or cancel it within a maximum of 24 hours after placing it. After this period, your order will be finalized for processing and shipment.
We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please send a photo or video of the damaged item along with a brief description to contact@velani-label.com. Let us know whether you'd prefer a free replacement or a refund. We're here to help!
Although we take great care with every order, it's possible you might receive the wrong product. We'll resolve this at no cost to you and send the correct item right away. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, the average delivery time is 7 to 9 business days.
No worries! We'll keep you updated via email about your order. Once your package is handed over to the shipping company, your Track & Trace information will be activated.
It may take a moment for tracking to become visible – sometimes there's a short processing delay. You can also follow your package in real-time through our website.
Our processing time is 1 to 5 business days, after which delivery typically takes 7 to 9 business days. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to external factors, such as carrier delays or transport disruptions.
We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you updated via email on the progress of your shipment. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Returns & Guarantees
A return receipt (also called a return label) is provided by the post office or courier service when you send your return package. Keep it safe – it's your proof that you've returned the package.
You may want to return an item – for example, if the product doesn't meet your expectations. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To do so, please contact us at contact@velani-label.com.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition and packaging, we'll refund the full purchase amount using the same payment method you used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider typically requires 5 business days to process the refund.
Products such as underwear, face masks, hygiene and beauty items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. This policy is standard practice among providers of these types of products.
