On each product page, you'll find a size chart to help you determine the correct size. We recommend using it. Still having trouble? Our customer service team is ready to help.
As long as your order hasn't been processed by our warehouse team, you can change or cancel it up to 24 hours after placing it. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.
We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please send a photo or video of the damaged item, along with a brief description, to contact@velani-label.com . Please also indicate whether you'd like a free replacement or a refund. We're happy to help!
While we handle your order carefully, it's possible you might receive the wrong product. We'll resolve this free of charge and send you the correct item. Please contact our customer service for further instructions. Please also consult our shipping policy for additional information.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, the average delivery time is 7 to 9 business days.
Don't worry! We'll keep you updated on your order status by email. As soon as your package is handed over to the mail order company, the Track & Trace information will be activated.
It may take a while for the tracking to appear – sometimes there's a short processing delay. You can also track your package live on our website.
Our processing time is 1 to 5 business days, with delivery taking an average of 7 to 9 business days. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to external factors, such as carrier congestion or transport delays.

Returns & Guarantees
You'll receive a return receipt (also called a return slip) from the post office or courier service when you return your package. Keep this safe – it's your proof that you've returned the package.
You might want to return an item, perhaps because it's not to your liking. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To do so, please contact us at contact@velani-label.com .
Once we've received your return and inspected its condition and packaging, we'll refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used. Please note that your bank or payment provider typically needs 5 business days to process the refund.
Products such as underwear, face masks, hygiene products, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This is to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. This policy is common practice among suppliers of these types of products.
