Returns and Refunds Policy
As soon as you send us an email regarding your return, our customer service team will process it. Due to high demand, we may not respond immediately, but sending multiple messages is not necessary. We aim to respond within one business day and are happy to assist you.
Are you unhappy with your order for any reason? Please feel free to contact us. At Velani, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If there's a problem with the product or delivery, please contact us immediately – our team is ready to assist you quickly.
Right of return
You might want to return an item, perhaps because it's not to your liking. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
When will I receive my money back?
Once we've received your return and inspected its condition and packaging, we'll refund the full purchase price using the same payment method you used. Please note that your bank or payment provider typically needs 3 to 5 business days to process the refund.
What is a return receipt?
You'll receive a return receipt (also called a return slip) from the post office or courier service when you return your package. Keep this safe – it's your proof that you've returned the package.

Received a damaged or defective product?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the damaged part. Ideally, these should be taken on a flat surface in good light, so the defect and product label are clearly visible. This information helps us resolve your order quickly and prevent future errors.
Received the wrong item?
While we handle your order carefully, it's possible you might receive the wrong product. We'll resolve this free of charge and send you the correct item. Please contact our customer service for further instructions. Please also consult our shipping policy for additional information.
Returns in 3 easy steps
Step 1: Request a return form
Send an email to contact@velani-label.com with your order number, the email address you used to place your order, and the reason for your return. We'll respond as soon as possible with instructions and a return form.
Step 2: Send the return shipment
Send the items, along with the completed return form, to the return address listed on the form. Always use a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the package.
Step 3: Get your money back
After receiving your return, we'll inspect the products. If everything is in order, we'll refund your purchase price within 5 business days.

Why can't some products be returned?
Products such as underwear, face masks, hygiene products, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This is to ensure the safety and health of all our customers. This policy is common practice among suppliers of these types of products.
